Fantasy Writer Gets Burned Up
Fantasy Writer David Eddings, author of 27
novels lost most of his original manuscripts, torched in the
basement of his office building.
It seems David used water to flush out the
gas tank of his Excalibur sports car. Some of the fluid leaked.
During a lapse of judgment David lit a piece of paper and threw
into the water puddle to whether or not it was flammable. Now he
knows.
An orange torrent of flames raged through
the garage and into the office that occupies the lot next door.
Now the story gets worse, his mother-in-law came out to find
Juniper trees lining the driveway had gone up in flames.
